Abre Inicio, selecciona Mi PC con el botón derecho del ratón, Propiedades, pestaña Opciones avanzadas, botón Variables de entorno. Haz doble clic sobre la variable "Path" y asegúrate de que, como mínimo, estén las rutas "%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem" (sin comillas). Reinicia el sistema para que los cambios surtan efecto.
